What types of products do you offer?
Limekilns Studio specialises in handcrafted jewellery, art and artisanal gifts.
What materials do you use to make your jewellery?
All of my pieces of jewellery are made from a combination of recycled sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), recycled fine silver (99.9% pure silver) and some also contain sea glass.
How do you ensure the sustainability of your products?
I am committed to sustainability by sourcing materials responsibly, creating beauty from discarded materials, and considering the environment at every step in my process. I use 100% recycled silver & waste seaglass. All of my sea glass is collected on foot & by hand locally, and my silver is responsibly sourced. All of my packaging & shipping materials have been carefully selected, using lightweight recycled and recyclable packaging. I utilise renewable energy as much as possible, and walk to my local Post Office for all my order shipping.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, please contact me at hello@limekilnsstudio.com with a brief description of your vision and I will get back to you. Please note during busy times it can be up to 5 days for a response.
What is your return policy?
I have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Do you accept exchanges?
I do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
It is important to inspect your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@limekilnsstudio.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I can only sell to the UK. I plan to open in the EU and Internationally once I understand the regulations better in each geography! For more details of when I will be able to ship outside of the UK please contact us directly.
